Sales Specialist – Luxury Watches & Jewellery

About the role

ERA More Than Gold is seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join its boutique in Paphos Harbour. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience to clients interested in high‑end watches and jewellery.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide personalized service throughout their visit.
• Identify client needs and recommend the most suitable watches and jewellery.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Confidently present product craftsmanship, heritage, and brand stories.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Support daily boutique operations, including merchandising, POS transactions, packaging, and after‑sales service.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with strong closing abilities.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Additional languages (Greek, Russian, Polish or others) are a plus.
• Passion for luxury products, watches, jewellery, or fashion.
