Traffic Acquisition Manager

About the role

AdTech Holding is seeking a Traffic Acquisition Manager for its Publishers Department. You will be responsible for attracting new clients and driving acquisition through innovative marketing tactics.

Key responsibilities

• Search and attract new clients.
• Analyze partner statistics, assess potential and develop relationships.
• Collaborate with the Lead Generation team.
• Recommend new marketing tactics and techniques to drive acquisition.
• Support the creative direction of advertising assets to ensure top performance.
• Communicate in English, mainly via email and messengers.

Required profile

• Confident written and spoken English.
• Experience in sales is a plus.
• Ability to communicate efficiently and approach new clients.
• Understanding of affiliate marketing basics such as CPM, push‑notifications, pop‑unders, revshare.
• Fast learner with curiosity about fast‑growing IT areas.
• Strong time‑management and task‑prioritisation skills.
