Sales Operations Specialist / Customer Success Generalist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Sales Operations Specialist / Customer Success Generalist to join our Larnaca office. This entry‑level position offers the chance to gain hands‑on experience in sales operations, payment processing and invoicing within an international CPaaS company.

Key responsibilities

• Process electronic payments and maintain accurate payment records.
• Prepare and send invoices to customers.
• Support partner payments and prepare regular reports.
• Monitor payments from post‑paid customers and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Communicate with customers regarding invoices and payment‑related queries.
• Assist in resolving payment and billing disputes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Finance teams on payment‑related matters.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support as required.

Required profile

• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• No prior experience required; recent graduates or junior candidates are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working with numbers and routine administrative tasks.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to learn in a fast‑paced international environment.
