Sales Manager – Affiliate Marketing

About the role

Our client, a leading iGaming advertising agency, is looking for a Sales Manager specialized in affiliate marketing. The role focuses on acquiring new affiliate partners, re‑activating dormant relationships, and driving revenue through performance‑based campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract new affiliate partners through active outbound prospecting.
• Initiate contact, present partnership opportunities, handle objections and negotiate initial cooperation terms.
• Qualify partners based on traffic sources, GEOs, volumes, quality and business potential.
• Work closely with Affiliate Managers to select offers and support partners throughout negotiation and activation.
• Reactivate inactive partners and uncover new collaboration opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, negotiations, partner status and sales pipeline performance.
• Analyze funnel conversion and continuously improve prospecting and communication approaches.
• Monitor the affiliate and iGaming market to spot new partners, traffic sources and business opportunities.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to expand the partner network.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or partner acquisition.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline.
• Experience in outbound prospecting and converting negotiations into active partnerships.
• Results‑oriented, proactive approach with ownership of the sales process.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
