Sales Advisor - Nicosia Mall

About the role

H&M Group is hiring a part-time Sales Advisor for its store in Nicosia Mall. The role is central to creating an outstanding customer experience: welcoming customers, guiding them through the store and helping them find what they need while showcasing the products. You will work within the Store Team and collaborate with the wider Area Team.

Key responsibilities

• Share your fashion and product knowledge so customers can make informed choices.
• Work with your team to deliver excellent service throughout the customer journey.
• Keep the sales floor and back of house well-stocked, organised and inviting.
• Help with opening and closing the store.
• Represent yourself and the brand positively in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail or similar fields is considered an advantage.
• A passion for helping customers and an interest in fashion or retail.
• Ability to thrive in collaborative and dynamic environments.
• Communicative, creative and eager to learn, including store technology.
• Flexible and action-oriented.
