Retention Agent – Client Relationship Role

About the role

We are looking for motivated Retention Agents to join our dynamic, multicultural team in Limassol. You will act as the bridge between our world‑class trading services and valued clients, helping them navigate markets and achieve long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Build and sustain high‑value relationships with an existing client base.
• Proactively contact clients via phone, email, and chat to ensure satisfaction and long‑term loyalty.
• Educate clients on advanced trading tools and products.
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team targets in a high‑energy environment.
• Assist clients in unlocking their full trading potential through expert guidance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retention is mandatory.
• Strong “winner’s spirit”, positive attitude, and desire to succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• High motivation to learn and build a career within the global financial sector.
