Retail Supervisor – Paphos

About the role

Sports Direct.com is seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to lead a small team in one of its in‑store departments in Paphos. You will be the face of the brand, ensuring a world‑class customer experience while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a small team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect the Sports Direct brand.
• Drive store performance by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Provide on‑the‑spot feedback, celebrate successes and create an engaging work environment.
• Ensure best‑practice compliance in all operational processes.

Required profile

• Recent supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Passion for retail and people management.
• Strong communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Detail‑oriented, confident leader who can motivate and challenge the team.
• Commitment to promoting Sports Direct values and culture.
