Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our hotel restaurant. You will ensure smooth service delivery, maintain high guest satisfaction, and uphold the standards outlined in our operation manuals.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day tasks and events within the restaurant.
• Oversee daily operations and conduct staff training to ensure compliance with company manuals.
• Monitor and control food & beverage costs and staff expenses.
• Enhance service quality and drive guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Higher education diploma in a related field (considered an additional qualification).
• Excellent command of Greek and English.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in 4‑star or 5‑star hotels.
• EU citizen or holder of a valid EU work permit.
