About the role

Join a €100M educational transformation as a Resident Boarding Counsellor and Licensed Child Psychologist, providing mental‑health support and pastoral care for an international boarding community in Limassol.

Key responsibilities

• Elevate student well‑being by producing weekly RAG wellness reports and co‑creating Individual Learning Plans with the psychologist team.
• Provide evidence‑based therapeutic support for anxiety, trauma and adjustment issues.
• Serve as a confidential listener for students and staff, upholding safeguarding standards.
• Design and lead peer‑mentoring programmes, psycho‑educational workshops and staff training sessions.

Required profile

• Active SEPS registration with the Cyprus Psychologists Registration Council.
• KYSATS equivalence certificate for all academic qualifications.
• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification counselling experience, preferably in a boarding‑school setting.
• Native or near‑native fluency in Russian and professional‑level English.
• Clean criminal record and child‑protection clearances.
