Regional Product Expert (Cyprus)

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Product Expert to support sales, product, product marketing and partners across Xsolla’s monetization portfolio in Cyprus. The role drives growth by enabling effective sales execution, supporting complex deals and ensuring product readiness at the regional level.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the regional sales team to communicate product positioning and value in customer interactions.
• Deliver localized enablement sessions, playbooks and deal‑support resources in line with global sales enablement strategy.
• Support go‑to‑market readiness for new product launches and updates, aligning local narratives with global product messaging.
• Provide tactical deal support, aligning customer requirements with product capabilities and value propositions.
• Coordinate with product, engineering and sales leadership to address unique partner requests and technical blockers.
• Monitor and report on product adoption, deal velocity and partner engagement, ensuring data accuracy in Salesforce.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Evangelist or similar.
• 5+ years experience in the PC and mobile gaming industry (development, publishing or platforms).
• Strong understanding of monetization models in the local market, including subscriptions and LiveOps.
• Proficiency in English and Russian for collaboration with global teams.
