Project Manager

About the role

BettingJobs is seeking a Project Manager to join an established iGaming company in Limassol. The position offers a hybrid working model, allowing collaboration with cross‑functional teams while maintaining flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional project teams to deliver initiatives on time and within budget.
• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor progress, generate reports and proactively resolve issues.
• Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders, team members and senior management.
• Manage project risks, changes and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Promote continuous improvement of project management processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in technology, iGaming or related sectors.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model based in Limassol.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Project Management certification is preferred.
