Product Operations Manager

About the role

We are a leading trading platform expanding globally across trading, investing and banking markets. The Product Operations Manager provides the operational backbone that keeps product squads moving at pace, acting as a generalist across strategy, delivery, data and process to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by optimizing delivery processes, governance and documentation across product squads.
• Coordinate with card scheme and issuing partners to ensure compliance and launch‑readiness.
• Remove blockers, align stakeholders and maintain data foundations for rapid execution.
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineers and Data Analysts to build reliable metrics, dashboards and insights.
• Track post‑launch performance, monitor product stability and feed continuous‑improvement loops.
• Lead planning cadences such as KPIs, stand‑ups and retrospectives to keep momentum.

Required profile

• Degree in a STEM or quantitative field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a high‑performance environment such as fintech, consultancy or high‑growth tech.
• At least 2 years working with debit cards and payments (SWIFT, SEPA, Faster Payments).
• Experience with card schemes like Visa and Mastercard.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, stakeholder management and data‑driven mindset.
