Product Manager – Payments Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of our B2B2C payment infrastructure for a fast‑growing iGaming fintech platform. The role is based in Limassol, Cyprus and works within a Russian‑speaking team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and scale the payment infrastructure (B2B2C) supporting merchants and end‑users.
• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap.
• Build and improve discovery and delivery processes.
• Identify growth opportunities and launch initiatives to capture them.
• Integrate and maintain payment providers, configure routing, cascading, traffic allocation and optimise conversion, approval rates and fees.
• Collaborate with merchants and internal business stakeholders.
• Participate in hiring and scaling the product team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Deep knowledge of payment infrastructure in fintech or iGaming.
• Hands‑on experience with payment providers, integrations, frameworks and orchestration.
• Experience from the internal (merchant/platform) side of payment products.
