Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Head of Operations to organise daily activities for maintenance, technical cleaning and gardening teams across managed developments. This hands‑on role focuses on scheduling staff, allocating resources and ensuring work is completed to company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan daily and weekly schedules for maintenance, technical cleaning and gardening staff.
• Allocate jobs based on priorities, staff availability, skills, location and required resources.
• Take calls and respond to staff enquiries, providing clear instructions and resolving operational issues.
• Monitor progress throughout the day, adjust schedules as priorities change and follow up until work is complete.
• Liaise with Property Managers, contractors and suppliers regarding requests, appointments and job updates.
• Raise work orders, obtain quotations and keep accurate records in company systems.

Required profile

• Previous experience scheduling or coordinating staff in maintenance, facilities, cleaning, landscaping or similar operational environments.
• Proven ability to handle changing priorities, allocate resources and keep multiple jobs moving simultaneously.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills with a practical decision‑making approach under pressure.
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail and the ability to follow work through to completion.

What we offer

• Salary range: 1,800‑2,300 per month (based on experience)
