MENA Regional Manager (Arabic and English Speaker, Forex)

About the role

FP Markets, a multi-regulated broker founded in Australia offering CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies, is recruiting a full-time English and Arabic-speaking MENA Regional Manager for its Cyprus office. Reporting to the Global Head of Business Development, the role leads regional growth, builds a team of Business Development and Client Relations professionals and drives business development. The position is based in the Cyprus office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business development strategy across the MENA region.
• Lead, manage and grow a team of Business Development and Client Relations professionals.
• Identify and secure new business, focusing on high-value clients and strategic partnerships such as IBs, affiliates and money managers.
• Nurture long-term relationships with partners, clients and key stakeholders.
• Recruit and onboard trading professionals through social, professional and industry-specific platforms.
• Work with marketing to use effective local marketing channels and optimise lead conversion, client retention and partner performance.
• Negotiate partnership terms aligned with the company's rebate and commission structures and monitor partner KPIs.
• Carry out competitive analysis and report to senior management, ensure compliance with local regulations and represent the company at industry events.

Required profile

• Senior-level business development experience in Forex, ideally with exposure to the MENA market.
• Proven track record of leading teams, achieving commercial targets and expanding regional market share.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and regional regulatory frameworks.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as needed.
