Logistics Manager – Larnaca

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead our warehousing, inventory, and distribution operations in Larnaca. You will manage a team of around 50 people, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost‑effective logistics while supporting the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee warehouse, transportation, and distribution operations.
• Drive performance through KPI monitoring, continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost optimisation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using effective stock control and WMS utilisation.
• Oversee inbound logistics from ports and suppliers to warehouse operations.
• Coach, develop, and motivate the logistics team.
• Manage logistics budgets and operational costs in partnership with Finance.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Identify operational challenges and implement efficiency‑boosting solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution or supply‑chain management.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and organisational skills.
