KEAN Sales Manager

About the role

The KEAN Sales Manager will lead the sales effort for the flagship KEAN mixed‑use seafront development in Limassol. Reporting to senior management, the role combines full‑cycle property sales, team leadership and close collaboration with marketing and partner networks to achieve premium revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sales process for high‑budget KEAN properties, from lead qualification to contract signing.
• Convert inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns, phone enquiries and direct contacts into closed deals.
• Lead, coach and coordinate the KEAN sales team to ensure consistent performance and coverage across the project.
• Partner with the Marketing department to align campaign messaging, improve lead quality and optimise conversion strategies.
• Develop and manage a network of external partners, overseeing onboarding, performance monitoring and ongoing collaboration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate sales management or senior sales roles handling high‑ticket products.
• Demonstrated track record of closing premium, high‑value deals.
• Experience managing lead flows generated by marketing campaigns.
• Fluency in English and Russian; Greek is an advantage.
• Confident, presentable and highly effective in client‑facing and negotiation settings.
