Operational Efficiency Specialist

About the role

bbf is a fast‑growing property company operating in Cyprus and Greece. The Operational Efficiency Specialist will join the Operational Efficiency Department in Limassol, reporting to the Head of the department, and will focus on analysing and improving cross‑functional business processes, supporting digitalisation and automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business processes across all departments, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and proactively initiate improvement initiatives.
• Develop and optimise process flows, ownership structures, checkpoints, SLAs and supporting documentation.
• Drive cross‑departmental process alignment, ensuring clear ownership and accountability.
• Identify opportunities for automation, digitalisation and system improvements and support their implementation with internal teams and external technology vendors.
• Work closely with department heads, process owners and technology partners to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Establish and maintain governance routines to monitor process compliance, SLAs and implementation of agreed improvements.
• Support the implementation and adoption of new systems, tools and process changes.
• Prepare analysis, reports and recommendations for management to support operational decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Data Analytics, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in project operations, business/process improvement, transformation or process management.
• Experience in real estate, construction or a fast‑growing organisation is preferred.
• Fluent English; Russian and/or Greek are an advantage.
• Proven ability to work effectively with senior management, department heads and cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and ownership‑driven approach with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
