IT Project Manager – Technology Delivery

About the role

IronFX is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives across data, product, and platform teams. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, managing risks, and ensuring alignment between technical and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage technology projects from initiation through delivery.
• Plan and coordinate projects across data, product, platform, and engineering workstreams.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Maintain and prioritize Jira backlogs and keep Confluence documentation up to date.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Track cross‑team dependencies and proactively identify risks.
• Work closely with engineering leads and stakeholders to remove blockers.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non‑technical teams.
• Provide regular status updates, progress reports, and risk assessments to leadership.
• Drive accountability across stakeholders and ensure deadlines are met.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing software or technology delivery projects.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
