International Patients Concierge

About the role

The Patient Concierge supports, hosts and coordinates every aspect of an international patient’s journey, from treatment confirmation through discharge and return home. The primary goal is to deliver the highest quality service and ensure patient satisfaction throughout their stay at our Limassol centre.

Key responsibilities

• Contact patients after treatment confirmation and explain next steps, answering non‑medical questions.
• Send, collect and verify required forms and documents.
• Coordinate treatment dates, appointments, flight and accommodation details.
• Arrange airport transfers and provide patients with their schedule and centre information.
• Maintain close contact with patients before, during and after their visit, assisting with departure arrangements.
• Refer any medical inquiries to the medical team.

Required profile

• Experience in patient coordination or client‑facing roles, preferably in healthcare or wellness.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Target‑driven, patient‑first mindset and excellent organizational and follow‑up abilities.
• Capacity to multitask, manage multiple cases simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Professional, empathetic and people‑oriented personality.
• Computer literacy (systems, email, basic reporting).
• Fluent English; additional languages such as Greek or German are a plus.
