Dental Laboratory Assistant

About the role

Join our Dental Clinic team as a Dental Laboratory Assistant, supporting safe and efficient sterilization services. You will ensure all dental instruments and equipment are processed, sterilized, and ready for clinical use.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect, package, sterilize, and store dental instruments and equipment.
• Operate and monitor sterilization equipment such as autoclaves and washer‑disinfectors.
• Maintain accurate sterilization records, equipment logs, and quality‑assurance documentation.
• Prepare treatment areas with sterile instruments and monitor inventory of sterilization supplies.
• Assist with collection, transportation, and organization of instruments across clinical areas.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; certification in dental assisting or sterilization is a plus.
• Full fluency in Greek and English.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, including rotating shifts.

Required skills

• Operation of autoclaves and washer‑disinfectors.
• Instrument cleaning, disinfection, packaging, and sterilization procedures.
• Record‑keeping for sterilization processes and inventory management.
