Head of Sales

About the role

The Head of Sales will shape sales strategy and execution for a fast‑growing crypto payment company. This senior position leads a high‑performing Sales & Business Development team, driving growth across e‑commerce, iGaming and fintech markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Sales & Business Development team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Build and improve processes across the function, including performance management, reporting, sales planning, and pipeline management.
• Assess team performance and develop capabilities to ensure consistent delivery against business objectives.
• Work closely with Management to define commercial strategy, translate objectives into actionable plans, and identify new growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute business plans aligned with market opportunities, client needs, and commercial targets.
• Provide Management with clear insights into performance, opportunities, challenges, and key initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and strategic partners while developing new business opportunities.
• Lead negotiations for complex and strategically important deals, balancing commercial objectives and risk considerations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of management experience in senior sales or business development roles within payment processing, fintech, financial services, banking solutions, IT, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of crypto processing and understanding of the commercial and operational dynamics of high‑risk industries.
• Familiarity with payment product structures, sales cycles, ROI analysis, and scaling commercial functions.
