Head of Retail Relationships

About the role

Axi is seeking a senior sales leader to own the full client lifecycle for its retail and partner business across the UK, EU and LATAM. Based in Cyprus, you will lead a high‑performing, multi‑lingual team and drive sustainable growth in funded accounts, net deposits, revenue and active clients while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi‑lingual sales team across acquisition, retention and account management.
• Set targets, KPIs and performance standards, and conduct regular coaching and performance reviews.
• Build sales processes, playbooks and incentive structures to drive FTD, net deposit and revenue growth.
• Develop and manage IB, affiliate and White Label partnerships, negotiating commercial terms.
• Monitor compliance with FCA, CySEC, MiFID II and AML/CTF regulations.

Required profile

• 8+ years sales experience in online CFD/FX brokerage, with 5+ years leading sales teams.
• Proven track record of achieving FTD, net deposit and revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of CFDs, leveraged products and trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4/5.
• Experience in FCA‑ and CySEC‑regulated environments; LATAM experience desirable.
• Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus; degree in Business, Finance or related field.
