About the role

The University of Limassol (UoL) is seeking qualified scholars to join its Department of Management at the CIIM Business School. The positions are full‑time and open to all academic ranks, focusing on Public Administration and Public Sector Management. Successful candidates will contribute to teaching, research, and the strategic development of the faculty.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in public administration and related fields.
• Develop and update curricula and course materials.
• Maintain an active research agenda with publications in high‑ranked peer‑reviewed journals.
• Supervise doctoral and master’s students.
• Participate in departmental and university service, including potential leadership roles.

Required profile

• PhD from an accredited university in a relevant discipline.
• Strong record of scholarly publications in international peer‑reviewed journals.
• Demonstrated teaching excellence and curriculum development experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• International academic background is highly valued.
