Facility Manager - Russian Language Required

About the role

We are seeking a Facility Manager who is fluent in Russian to join our growing team in Limassol. The role involves overseeing the maintenance and operation of residential properties while ensuring safety, sustainability and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support sustainable, safe, and efficient facility management for residential areas.
• Maintain residential sites to uphold the bbf brand and market position.
• Assist residents with building systems, claims, and meetings, providing administrative support.
• Supervise technical operations, maintenance, audits, inspections and asset preservation.
• Communicate effectively with contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Required profile

• Fluency in Russian and advanced English; Greek is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field (preferred).
• Minimum three years of experience in facility management, preferably with a focus on sustainability.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and crisis‑management abilities.
• Proven project‑management experience and solid reporting skills.
