Direct Sales Representative

About the role

TechBiz Global is seeking a proactive Direct Sales Representative to expand its telecom portfolio within the assigned territory. You will be responsible for acquiring new SOHO customers, building lasting relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on SOHO customers.
• Execute structured sales roadmaps and daily/weekly field plans for maximum territory coverage.
• Conduct regular road trips and on‑site visits to generate leads and close deals.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through continuous prospecting and networking.
• Develop long‑term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and acquisition goals.
• Promote and sell the full portfolio of company products and services.
• Assess customer needs and propose tailored telecom solutions.
• Provide consistent follow‑up and convert leads into sales.
• Prepare weekly performance reports, pipeline status, and action plans.

Required profile

• University degree in a related field (Business or Marketing preferred).
• Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales, or customer acquisition.
• Strong hunter mindset with a proactive, results‑driven approach.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to plan and execute structured field activities.
• Highly organized, resilient, and target‑oriented.
• Clean driving licence (company car provided).
• Fluent in Greek and English.
