DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive DevOps Engineer to automate, configure and monitor our multi‑environment infrastructure. You will work closely with Development, Infrastructure and Security teams to ensure reliable releases and stable production systems.

Key responsibilities

• Automate provisioning, configuration, installation and monitoring across all environments.
• Configure new servers to agreed standards and maintain consistent software versions.
• Implement automation for configuration changes and manage change‑release processes.
• Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, identify risks and dependencies.
• Deploy, rollback and support releases during approved windows and participate in on‑call rotation.
• Troubleshoot environment issues to guarantee stability and availability.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering role.
• Hands‑on experience with both Windows and Linux servers.
• Comfortable working in terminal/command‑line environments.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to join a weekend on‑call rotation.

Required skills

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) and related services.
• Infrastructure as Code: CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Configuration management and provisioning with Ansible.
• Kubernetes/EKS (ArgoCD a plus).
• Scripting with Bash, PowerShell or Python.
• GitLab CI (or similar CI/CD pipelines).
• Knowledge of networking concepts: protocols, ports, firewall rules, subnetting.
• Experience with IIS and custom Windows services.
