Deputy Store Manager (Limassol)

About the role

The Deputy Store Manager supports the Store Manager in delivering an excellent customer experience and driving commercial performance at the Limassol location. You will lead a team, ensure store standards are met, and help maximise sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor, train and develop store team members.
• Ensure the store operates according to company standards and policies.
• Monitor key performance indicators, analyse sales data and implement actions to achieve profitability targets.
• Promote a customer‑centric culture by maintaining high service levels.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimise store processes and visual merchandising.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and people‑management skills.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using retail tools and data dashboards.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving results.
