Department Manager - Limassol

About the role

H&M Group is hiring a Department Manager for its store in Limassol, Cyprus. This is a full-time, permanent position within the Store Team, working alongside Sales Advisors, Store Managers and Visual Merchandisers and connecting with the wider Area Team. The manager leads the team, supports an inclusive culture and drives customer experience, sales and operational results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience through excellent operational and visual standards, while promoting and selling the products.
• Take responsibility for the store's strengths, analyse sales performance, identify commercial opportunities, set goals and plan to optimise results, profits and stock levels.
• Manage team planning and scheduling, and ensure smooth opening and closing routines.
• Recruit, onboard and develop the team in an inclusive, collaborative environment.
• Stay up to date on fashion trends, customer preferences and competitors.
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Experience in retail management and operations.
• Expertise in sales planning, analysis and follow-up, using customer-centric tools and reporting.
• Strong, confident leadership with a solution-focused mindset and a keen interest in fashion trends and competitor insights.
• Effective communicator, flexible, analytical and able to manage statistics and work with numbers.
