Credit Loss Manager (ECL)

About the role

inDrive Money is looking for an Expected Credit Loss (ECL) Manager to lead the calculation, monitoring, and reporting of credit losses in line with IFRS 9 and US GAAP. You will work closely with finance, risk, and analytics teams to ensure robust credit risk models and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate and monitor Expected Credit Losses (ECL) according to IFRS 9 requirements.
• Develop, validate, and maintain PD, LGD, and EAD models.
• Perform back‑testing, sensitivity analysis, and stress testing of credit risk models.
• Prepare regular risk, impairment, and regulatory reports for management.
• Automate and optimise reporting and risk calculation processes.
• Support internal and external audit activities with documentation and explanations.
• Collaborate on credit risk policies, methodologies, and procedures.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in credit risk, IFRS 9, risk analytics, or financial risk management.
• Strong understanding of IFRS 9 impairment methodology and ECL calculation.
• Experience with large datasets and financial reporting processes.
