Corporate Travel Specialist

About the role

Tribe, a recruiting agency operating across Cyprus, is looking for a Corporate Travel Specialist to join its Travel Department. The role involves end‑to‑end management of employee business trips worldwide, ensuring smooth travel experiences while controlling costs.

Key responsibilities

• Search, book, and coordinate flights, hotels, transfers, and other travel services for employees globally.
• Liaise with travel agencies, consulates, and partner organisations.
• Prepare visa support and required travel documentation.
• Maintain travel reports, monitor budgets, and provide documentation for accounting.
• Approve travel expenses with managers and collaborate with the finance department.
• Track and optimise travel spend, identifying cost‑effective options.

Required profile

• Current residence in Cyprus.
• Experience in corporate travel, tourism, or administrative support is a plus.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher for communication with hotels, agencies, and airlines.
• High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work under pressure.
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong organisational skills.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
