Content & Social Lead

About the role

ChillBase is an independent studio in the gaming industry working on One State, a mobile social role-play game. It is looking for a Content & Social Lead in Limassol to build and grow organic growth across the game's social channels, lead the content team and oversee production workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy for organic growth on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
• Build and scale end-to-end content production workflows, from ideation and planning to publishing, analysis and optimisation.
• Lead and develop the content team and manage external agencies, freelancers and production partners.
• Turn quarterly growth objectives into plans, budgets and measurable KPIs.
• Oversee content formats such as CG, gameplay videos, UGC, AI-generated content, live-action, short-form and long-form videos.
• Monitor platform trends, algorithms and competitors, and integrate AI tools into production.
• Document workflows and production guidelines, and collaborate with Community, Brand, User Acquisition, Monetization and Creative Direction teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading content functions and managing teams, including hiring, development and performance management.
• Track record of growing large social media channels and a portfolio of social video content, including viral videos.
• Experience building and scaling high-volume content pipelines and managing multiple workflows, teams, agencies and freelancers.
• Established network of freelancers and production specialists.
• B2-level English or higher; gaming industry experience and knowledge of CGI pipelines are a plus.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with CG, UGC, AI-generated and live-action content.
• Practical experience with AI video tools such as Kling, Sora or Midjourney.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Figma and Photoshop are a plus.
