Commercial & Pricing Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial & Pricing Analyst to monitor sales dynamics and margin performance across markets, suppliers, and partners. You will dive into data, uncover root causes of trends, and shape pricing recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily sales dynamics across multiple segments such as brand, country, supplier and business lines.
• Analyze core metrics together to build a comprehensive performance picture.
• Identify business events behind data shifts and propose solutions that drive positive trends.
• Collaborate with commercial and cross‑functional teams to implement decisions, build action plans and track results.
• Present findings clearly with charts and numbers, and defend pricing decisions under pressure.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in analytics, pricing, revenue management or related commercial analytics.
• Upper‑intermediate English (B2) proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to trace root causes.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, charts).
• Basic SQL (read/modify queries, simple data extraction).
• Experience working with large data sets.
• Familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
