Client Success Executive (French speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a native‑French speaking Client Success Executive to join IronFX’s Limassol office. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking clients, helping them navigate our trading platforms, resolve issues and build long‑term relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients through calls, emails and chat to introduce platform features and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Conduct outbound calls to new French‑speaking clients, guiding them through account setup and platform navigation.
• Provide ongoing, personalized support, answer account‑related questions and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Payments, Compliance, Back‑Office, IT) to resolve client problems promptly.
• Monitor client activity, identify trends, gather feedback and relay insights to management.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in internal CRM systems.

Required profile

• Native French language skills.
• Previous experience in Customer Success, Client Services or a similar client‑facing role within the FX industry.
• Strong communication abilities and confidence in making outbound calls.
• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
