Client Success Executive (French speaking)

About the role

The Client Success Executive will be based in IronFX’s Limassol office and will act as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking clients using the company’s online trading platforms. The role focuses on building long‑term relationships, guiding clients through platform features, and ensuring a smooth, personalized experience that drives satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage with French‑speaking clients via phone, email and chat to enhance their experience.
• Conduct outbound calls to new clients, introducing platform functionalities and supporting a seamless onboarding.
• Provide ongoing, personalized support, addressing account queries, platform usage, and service options.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams (Payments, Compliance, Back Office, IT) to achieve timely resolutions.
• Monitor client activity, identify trends, and flag potential problems.
• Collect client feedback and relay insights to management for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in internal systems and ensure compliance with internal procedures.

Required profile

• Native French language proficiency.
• Previous experience in Customer Success, Client Services or a similar client‑facing role, preferably within FX/CFD or financial services.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in making outbound calls.
• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and committed to delivering high‑quality service.

• Ability to understand and explain basic trading platform functionality.
