Business Performance & Strategy Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Business Performance & Strategy Lead to partner directly with the CEO and senior leadership team. You will drive strategic initiatives, analyse performance data and support growth across our hospitality portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO and senior leaders to define and execute strategic priorities.
• Analyse operational, commercial and financial performance, delivering actionable insights.
• Monitor KPIs across departments, identify improvement opportunities and track progress.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, dashboards and business reviews for senior management and board discussions.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support business planning and problem‑solving.
• Develop business cases for new opportunities, operational improvements and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects and ensure follow‑up on key action plans.
• Contribute to continuous improvement programmes aimed at enhancing profitability and operational effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in business performance, commercial finance, FP&A, strategy, consulting, operations or business transformation.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in how businesses create value.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organised, results‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and driving decisions.
