Business Development Manager – LATAM

About the role

IronFX is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Latin American market. You will work closely with internal teams to build partnerships, expand our brand presence, and generate revenue through strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with prospective partners, introducing brokers (IBs), and affiliates.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.
• Leverage existing partner relationships to generate new business pipelines.
• Represent IronFX on business trips to raise brand awareness and network with key stakeholders.
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets, contributing to overall company performance.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience within the FX industry.
• Native fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Deep understanding of financial markets; knowledge of trading platforms and Forex/CFD trading is a plus.
