Business Development Manager – China Market

About the role

IronFX is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in the Chinese market. You will work closely with internal teams to build partnerships, expand our network of Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliates, and increase revenue through strategic market activities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective partners, IBs, and affiliates in China.
• Conduct market research to spot trends, competitive dynamics, and new growth opportunities.
• Leverage existing partner relationships to generate additional business.
• Represent IronFX on business trips, enhancing brand awareness and networking with key stakeholders.
• Meet and exceed monthly performance targets, contributing to overall company objectives.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience within the FX industry.
• Native or fluent Chinese language skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities and a track record of closing deals.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Understanding of financial markets and trading platforms is a plus.
