Business Developer – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Developer to expand our real‑estate financing activities in Cyprus. The successful candidate will leverage local networks to source and originate financing opportunities for developers and companies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Cyprus market.
• Leverage existing relationships with developers, investors, and professional intermediaries.
• Source, qualify and present financing solutions for real‑estate projects and corporate clients.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of potential mandates and manage relationships throughout the transaction process.
• Collaborate closely with the advisory team to assess and progress qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or origination within finance, real‑estate, banking or professional services.
• Established network of real‑estate developers, entrepreneurs, SMEs or corporate decision‑makers in Cyprus.
• Strong understanding of financing concepts, lending structures and commercial transactions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, fluent in Greek and English.
• Based in Cyprus with the ability to meet clients locally.
