B2B Sales Representative – Payment Solutions

About the role

XOALA is seeking motivated B2B Sales Representatives to expand the adoption of its multi‑currency payment accounts, cards and acquiring products. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, driving revenue growth, and representing the brand at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with assigned B2B clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Qualify leads, follow up on inquiries and referrals, and convert prospects into active customers.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across XOALA’s payment portfolio.
• Prospect new business among retail traders, institutional investors, brokerage firms and other financial institutions.
• Develop strategic partnerships with finance, retail and e‑commerce organisations.
• Represent XOALA at conferences, trade shows and networking events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings and industry developments.
• Collaborate with marketing, support and technical teams to improve the client experience.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in FinTech, payments or related financial services.
• Strong sales drive, self‑motivation and passion for client relationship management.
• Native or business‑level fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑influence abilities.
• Organised, problem‑solving mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
