Associate – Portfolio Operations

About the role

Support the accurate valuation of investment funds by reviewing cash balances, positions, dividend and interest income, and other fund activity. Work with client transactions, corporate actions and market data to ensure portfolios are valued correctly.

Key responsibilities

• Review and reconcile cash balances, investment positions and income for funds.
• Validate pricing of shares, bonds, futures, options and derivatives using Bloomberg, ICE and other market sources.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between fund records and information from custodians, brokers and counterparties.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and contribute to process and technology improvements.
• Provide timely responses to internal and external queries, maintaining service standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in accounting, audit, financial services or related area.
• Understanding of equities, bonds, forwards, futures, options and OTC derivatives.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, TEXT, LOOKUP, MATH functions).
• VBA programming.
• SQL or other programming knowledge.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg and ICE market data platforms.
