Assistant Store Manager - Cosmos Sport Limassol

About the role

Cosmos Sport SA, a member of JD Sports Fashion Plc and an omnichannel retailer of sportswear and street style, is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for its store in Limassol (My Mall). The Assistant Store Manager is accountable for every aspect of the store's operations, builds team capability and drives results, and is responsible for talent acquisition, ongoing people development and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Customer: maintain an exceptional service experience, foster client relationships, implement clienteling initiatives and events and secure client loyalty
• Team: train, mentor and give constructive feedback, coach team members, promote an entrepreneurial spirit and ensure a safe, compliant workplace
• Recruitment: attract and recruit talent through networking and scouting
• Retail: lead day-to-day operations, monitor productivity against KPIs, plan staff schedules and work with Marketing, VM and Commercial to retain customers

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent qualification
• 2-3 years' experience in retail, preferably fashion
• Excellent English and computer skills, numerical and analytical knowledge to monitor KPIs
• Leadership skills, business orientation and customer service orientation
• Passion for sports and fashion, willingness to learn and tackle new challenges

Required skills

• Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
