Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the business and meet organisational goals in the Forex market.
• Identify, establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders.
• Explore new business opportunities and markets to increase market share in the Forex sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams so that business development initiatives match market trends and customer needs.
• Analyse market trends and data to prepare reports that support strategic decisions and forecasts.
• Work with marketing teams to create campaigns and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in the Forex industry.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development within the Forex or financial services industry.
• In-depth understanding of the Forex market and its trends, especially in Cyprus or similar markets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Greek or other languages is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn market data into growth strategies.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.
