Assistant Real Estate Agent

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position supports senior agents in Limassol with property viewings, client inquiries and the preparation of marketing materials. The Assistant Real Estate Agent works closely with the property management and maintenance teams to ensure smooth transactions and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments and property viewings for senior agents.
• Update and maintain property databases and listing platforms.
• Gather, organise and file documentation required for sales and rentals.
• Assist in sales and rental negotiations under supervision.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide responsive customer service.
• Liaise with internal property management and maintenance teams.
• Monitor local market trends and contribute to accurate property valuations.
• Support promotional activities and the creation of marketing materials.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License in Cyprus or actively working toward obtaining one.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build client relationships.
• Practical knowledge of real estate and local market dynamics.
• Sales skills focused on supporting negotiations and converting leads.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Greek or other languages are a plus.
• Basic computer literacy with familiarity of CRM systems and property listing platforms.
• Organisational ability, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple on‑site tasks.
• Prior experience in real estate, property management or a related field is beneficial, as is a valid driver’s licence and access to transport.
