About the role

Swift Marine is seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented professional to join its operations team as an Assistant Logistics Coordinator. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, global maritime logistics environment, supporting the accurate processing and tracking of international orders and shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Enter new orders into the operational system, ensuring completeness of required information.
• Collect purchase‑order data and prepare export documentation for international shipments.
• Arrange order collections, track shipments daily, and confirm receipt at global warehouses.
• Maintain up‑to‑date data in the system, including order documents, charges, and daily stock reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve inventory discrepancies quickly.
• Issue weekly order lists, inform team leaders of delays, and send confirmation emails to suppliers.
• Execute routine tasks following company policy and suggest improvements for quality and environmental performance.

Required profile

• Motivated self‑starter with advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Prior exposure to maritime logistics, shipping, or supply‑chain processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP or logistics‑specific operational systems is advantageous.
