About the role
Scylla AG, a luxury river cruise operator, is hiring a head of housekeeping through Hosco in Limassol. The post-holder ensures the cleanliness, tidiness and orderly appearance of the entire hotel area on board in line with Scylla standards, manages the budget and costs, and leads, trains and mentors the cabin stewards and laundry crew.
Required profile
- Outstanding operational experience in a similar role; previous cruise ship experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with empathy, listening, training and coaching abilities.
- Good cross-cultural communication skills, stress resistance and resilience.
- Excellent written and spoken English; German is an advantage.
- Good physical condition (fit for duty).
