Architect – Design & Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Architect to plan, design and oversee the construction of buildings and structures in Limassol. The role blends functional, aesthetic and technical requirements while ensuring compliance with safety codes, zoning laws and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Client Consultation: meeting with clients to determine project requirements, budget, timeline and aesthetic goals.
• Design Development: creating conceptual designs, sketches and detailed drawings using CAD and BIM tools.
• Project Management: overseeing feasibility studies, site analysis and planning applications.
• Technical Documentation: preparing specifications, construction documents and blueprints for contractors and engineers.
• Construction Oversight: conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and codes.
• Collaboration: working with structural, electrical and mechanical engineers, contractors and consultants.

Required profile

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid architectural license.
• Technical Skills: proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D modeling/BIM tools.
• Communication: strong verbal and written communication for client presentations and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge: thorough understanding of building codes, zoning laws and construction materials.

What we offer

• Gross salary between €2,800 and €3,500, based on experience.
• 13th salary payment.
