Apple Technical Support Engineer

About the role

iStorm, a leading Apple Premium Partner in Cyprus, is looking for an Apple Technical Support Engineer to join its Service department in Limassol. You will be the first point of contact for customers, diagnosing hardware faults, repairing Apple devices, and providing first‑level software support.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose technical faults and repair Apple products following company and manufacturer procedures.
• Provide first‑level support for software issues on iOS and macOS platforms.
• Follow Apple’s technical processes and guidelines.
• Record all work and repairs in the company’s information systems.
• Collaborate with the Service team to ensure timely and accurate customer service.
• Maintain compliance with quality and safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Apple hardware and software (iOS, macOS).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a technician, preferably with Apple products.
• Excellent command of English.
• Good teamwork, communication, and customer‑service skills.
