AI Product and Game Technology Lead

About the role

We are looking for a highly capable, hands‑on technology professional to turn an existing leadership simulation game concept into a fully functioning product. Working directly with the founders and creative team, you will build and integrate the core technology that powers mobile‑first player experiences, AI‑driven characters and behavioural analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement mobile‑first player interfaces and game mechanics.
• Develop AI Oracles, AI game characters and integrate large‑language‑model (LLM) conversational agents.
• Implement voice capture, speech‑to‑text, and speaker‑identification pipelines.
• Collect and process player‑AI interaction data for behavioural analysis and reporting.
• Configure, deploy and maintain the underlying platform that will host future simulation games.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an AI Product Engineer, Applied AI Engineer, Full‑Stack Developer, Founding Engineer or Technical Lead delivering end‑to‑end products.
• Comfortable working hands‑on with modern AI technologies, APIs and cloud services.
• Background in voice/audio AI, conversational AI, behavioural analytics, gaming or learning‑and‑development simulations.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, eager to create solutions where none exist.
