After Sales Manager – Nicosia

About the role

The After Sales Manager will lead the post‑purchase service function in Nicosia, ensuring high customer satisfaction, efficient warranty handling, and profitable service operations. You will be responsible for building long‑term client loyalty while driving revenue from spare parts, service contracts, and accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor after‑sales, technical and customer service teams.
• Develop and execute customer retention strategies and handle escalated complaints.
• Manage departmental budgets, P&L statements and revenue targets.
• Optimize warranty claims, repair turnaround times and technical support workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to relay market feedback.
• Control costs of the technical after‑sales organization.
• Oversee field force performance, including external service providers.
• Provide real‑time feedback to headquarters on product and service issues.
• Ensure appropriate staffing, competencies and spare‑parts inventory accuracy.
• Promote the company’s cultural model through policies and people development.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an after‑sales management role.
• Proven track record in service business management and customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem‑solving and project‑management capabilities.
• Ability to lead teams and drive organizational effectiveness.
